Exceed aggressive annual growth targets for your territory.

Develop and execute a Territory Sales Plan that focuses on prospecting for new business in targeted markets and accounts.

Profile and penetrate key organizations and decision makers, including end-users and executives.

Understand customer organizations by department, function, strategies, and key programs.

Forecast future business by clearly understanding how customers make decision and how they procure our products.

Master the features, benefits and applications of our products, including Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and Signal Generators.

Effectively utilize sales resources including applications engineers, channel partners, inside sales support, and customer service reps.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
Proven track record of successful high-technology sales (minimum 5 years of experience).

Proven prospecting techniques to find and close new sales opportunities.

Highly motivated and success driven.

Strong knowledge of high speed serial applications, high-speed digital design, and data communications.

Fully developed tactical sales skills (prospecting, qualifying, closing, and growing existing customers).

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Excellent time and territory management habits.

BSEE or equivalent; M.B.A. strongly desired.

Must be a US citizen.
