Responsible for providing visibility of customer order requirements by developing and maintaining sales forecasts, sales margin reports and other sales related information as requested by Hydro-Gear management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Prepare, analyze, and present customer’s forecast data
•Update forecast data weekly
•Prepare monthly and yearly forecast reports
•Lead forecast meetings for management staff, assign actions and follow up
•Provide analysis of sales results vs. forecast and prior year(s)
•Identify and implement system improvements for forecast processes
•Identify and implement improvements to data retrieval of customer forecast
•Prepare reports as required – sales, pricing, margin, etc.
•Establish and maintain new customer files as needed
•Manage all aspects of forecasting customer information by understanding customer requirements, market trends, retrieval of customer information, entering customer data
•Prepare recurring reports for staff meetings and Board of Directors meetings as requested by sales management.
•Enter and maintain customer price quote information.
•Assist in administration of request for quotes, quotes, and pricing.

Education And/Or Experience
•Associates degree (A.A./A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Maintain professional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Office software such as Excel and Word.
•Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
•Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers.
•Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
