Working inside the confines of our high-tech Call Center, our In-Bound Associates answer sales and customer service phone calls for a well-known computer support company, USTechSupport . Candidates must have high energy and be able to identify sales opportunities while navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously. Prior sales experience preferred, however, GRFS will be willing to train the right candidate!
An inbound Sales Associate position with Guthy|Renker offers you a full-time, direct employee position where youll receive company support, comprehensive training, competitive compensation and excellent benefits. No experience is required, however prior exposure to sales and customer service is helpful. Those experienced in insurance, real estate and/or retail sales are highly encouraged to apply.
Our Sales Associates Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer support to existing customers and prospective customers alike.
Obtains first hand customer information, through dialog with customer, and uses it to personalize products and services.
Establishes and maintains good verbal communication with customers to gain their trust and respect.
Recovers quickly from objections from customers to purchase products and services and remains persistent.
Acute ability to listen to customers and utilize information to build value in products and services.
Displays confidence and enthusiasm at all times regardless circumstances.

While no specific experience in sales is required, prior exposure to commissioned sales, customer service and/or marketing experience can be helpful. Our focused training program will provide you the necessary tools and knowledge needed to succeed.

High school diploma or GED required.
Typing speed of 30 words per minute required, 45 wpm preferred.
Working knowledge and proficiency in using Personal Computers (PC specific, not MAC) including the skills necessary to understand and communicate with computers (hardware and software basics, file management and computer networks). Experience with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) preferred.
Must be able to navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously.
Experience with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) preferred.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and apply those skills to calculate discounts, sales tax, proportions, percentages, and reductions.
Ability to type and/or manipulate computer screens and carry on a conversation at the same time.
