Sales Associate - ISE (Temp-to-Hire) Insight Investments Corp -
Garden Grove, CA
7:30am - 4:30pm M-F, and overtime as required
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent required. College Degree preferred
Responsibilities:
Communicate all details regarding fulfillment of sales orders, including status inquiries and tracking details to sales team
Obtain all documents needed for sales order processing from sales reps in a timely manner
Setup customer details in Great Plains, including payment term and tax-exempt setup requests
Allocate equipment to pending orders, according to SOP
Communicate with collections team in regards to customer account balance issues
Communicate with ISE operations and purchasing team in regards to backordered items on pending sales orders
Act as primary back-up for ISE accounting personnel during month-end closing process
Suggest and help implement improvements to current sales order fulfillment processes and/or controls, including automation and streamlining of existing functions
Prepare and/or update the daily sales report
Participate in year-end audit
Qualifications:
Moderate proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access
Moderate proficiently with Microsoft Great Plains
Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred
Minimum of 2-3 years of continuous sales or sales operations experience
A background in leasing or other finance industry is a plus
