Sell new accounts in keeping with the agency and individual goals. Meets established goals and build relationships with clients. Identifies and solicits sales prospects from various sources. Upholds the agency's reputation and professional manner of conducting business in dealings with both clients and Nationwide.
Makes the sale and collect necessary deposits, arrange for binders, certificates, etc.
Develop prospects through an organized agency direct solicitation program, referrals from present accounts, target-marketing leads and through community affairs, affiliations and other contacts.
Maintain necessary licenses and continuing education for license renewal
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:
Must be aggressive/assertive, a self-starter with the ability to influence others. Should have demonstrated effective presentation skills through both verbal and written communications.
