Sales Associate

Are you currently in sales? Are you selling insurance, mortgages, mobile phones, retail, copiers, radio, print, cars, etc? Or, are you just graduated from college but know you can sell? Would you rather be selling sports and entertainment?
We are looking for entry level sales associates who want to sell and will thrive in a high compete, high energy sales environment.

Providence Sports + Entertainment is the exclusive sales agent for the Providence Bruins, the Dunkin’ Donuts Center, the Rhode Island Convention Center and the Veterans Memorial Auditorium, all of which are located in downtown Providence, RI and make up the premier entertainment and convention complex in Southern New England.
Providence Sports + Entertainment is an industry leader in building and fostering fans and corporate partners and has a growing staff of over 40 dedicated employees with the singular goal of client satisfaction. We are a fast growing, sales-first agency that sells corporate sponsorships, season tickets, group tickets and corporate hospitality and we are looking for highly motivated, driven people to be a part of our company.

This Is A Sales Position
This job requires 100+ phone calls per day to develop and close new clients for group ticketing, season sales and sponsorship sales.
This job is selling for the Providence Bruins as well as the Dunkin’ Donuts Center, the Rhode Island Convention Center and the Veterans Memorial Auditorium.
Game day and event responsibilities require night and weekend hours.
This is a highly competitive, results oriented sales environment.
This is an entry level position with immediate opportunity for advancement.

Local Candidates Only – Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts

Candidates for this position must have a Bachelor’s Degree and must be seeking a career in sales. Sales and/or sports experience is a plus but not required and the candidate must have a serious work ethic, self-motivation, accountability and strong written and verbal communication skills.
