Develops, manages, and guides the sales operations for the DAL SSC’s. Directs and coordinates all activities concerned with developing and implementing standard operating policies and procedures across the DAL SSC’s.
Develops operational policies and procedures relevant to the DAL business unit to be administered at all SSC’s.
Formulates operating standards and deploys them directly and/or with assistance of operations group.
- Works with IT to develop continuous system improvements for all locations.
Works to facilitate process improvements and drive efficiencies and margins.
Develops a systemic procedure manual for on-line reference for all business in the Dal SBU.
Manages corporate initiatives, as directed by GM Sales Ops, to drive operational programs and policies.
Develops incentive programs to drive sales, operational standards, and margin improvement.
Implements Safety and DOT programs in coordination with Mohawk.
Orchestrates tasks required to effectively acquire new companies. Provides leadership in assimilating new acquisition to Dal-Tile business standards.
Performs other related duties as required.
Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in a business related major.
5 or more years experience in Dal-Tile operations and/or sales. Dal System experience is required.
Self-motivated, ownership minded, with strong operational and interpersonal skills are required. System knowledge from a user standpoint is strongly recommended.
