Sales Capture Lead
is focused on managing the opportunity sales pursuit and close opportunities within the CMT vertical, using deep sales process and offering expertise. In addition, the Capture Lead will develop and direct the sales efforts for new client target acquisition and/or direct the efforts to ensure execution of sales strategies geared toward protecting and growing business with existing clients.
Establish qualification and win strategy and power map
Effectively engage with the C-suite to maintain their continued support of the Accenture proposition
Ensure a Competitive Advantage is created & capture the client's interest in Accenture and facilitate the negotiations and closing activities
Helps develop and maintain outsourcing sales collateral specific to supported industry
Qualify opportunities using criteria including win probability, competitive landscape, client relationship, Accenture capability and deal profitability and effectively transition the opportunity to win the deal
Travel 80% as needed
8 or more years of experience in Business Process Outsourcing Sales into the Communications and High Tech Industry in the Silicon Valley Region
8 or more years selling large BPO deals across several types i.e. F&A, Procurement, HRO, CRM
Bachelor's Degree Required
