Sales Capture Lead
is focused on managing the opportunity sales pursuit and close opportunities within the Communications & High Tech vertical, using deep sales process and offering expertise. In addition, the Capture Lead will develop and direct the sales efforts for new client target acquisition and/or direct the efforts to ensure execution of sales strategies geared toward protecting and growing business with existing clients.
Key responsibilities of the
Sales Capture Lead
Build relationships and demonstrate credibility with clients throughout the sales and delivery process- seek opportunity to demonstrate deep understanding of client's business challenges and objectives
Collaborate with clients to translate business problems and requirements into a proposed solution that can meet business need and create value
Coordinate with sales lead, subject matter experts, deal team (e.g. pricing) and other team members to define the sales and solution development plan
Support the creation of sales collateral (RFPs, etc.) and assist in describing the ACS value proposition for each opportunity
Represent the solution offering to clients and internal Accenture groups
Ability to travel up to 100%
Minimum of 6 years of selling/business development experience
Experience in selling large scale services to Fortune 100 firms or major public sector agencies
Outsourcing and/or large complex sales management and business development experience
Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management
Travel as required (typically 50-80%)
