Responsibilities:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Brand Managers/Account Executives in their daily routine.
Prepare for all internal and external meetings. Track selling for accounts . Distribute samples for marketing and advertising needs. Prepare photo line lists of projected styles. Prepare powerpoints showing available inventory to sell to accounts Responsible for set up and organization of showrooms. Involved in all internal meetings related to the brands/accounts. Present best and worst sellers at our Quarterly Business Meetings. Present lines to account. Assist Field Team with store setups. Update line lists each season. Handle smaller accounts. Make sure all monthly orders are executed in a timely manner. Work together with the brand managers to determine the best monthly assortment. Aid in the management of international and specialty accounts
Qualifications: Experience: 1-2 years of related experience.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Skills: High PC skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, mathematical and analytical aptitude, retail math, detail oriented and organized
