About SurveyMonkey Audience
SurveyMonkey Audience is a business that was launched in 2011 to provide an on-demand group of millions of respondents that SurveyMonkey customers can access. In less than 2 years, the SurveyMonkey Audience team has grown to over 30 employees and been an incredibly successful startup within a startup effort. Our customers are the biggest and most recognizable brands, magazines, financial institutions and products in the world. Whether companies need to get opinions from soccer moms, iphone owners, HR professionals, SurveyMonkey has an Audience to help.
Our largest clients are handled by our sales team, which is growing rapidly and helping customers make better decisions everyday by using SurveyMonkey’s suite of products.
In this role you will be responsible for owning inbound leads and relationships with small and medium-sized customers. You will manage and develop the initial business relationships with clients and seek innovative ways to increase conversion and retention. You will develop and deliver team-wide initiatives on an on-going basis to improve our customer service and interaction. You will maintain a team-oriented culture with focus on performance, professionalism and phenomenal customer service.
Own and respond to incoming customer requests on SurveyMonkey Audience
Address regular and escalated customer issues and refine processes to improve customer satisfaction
Create processes and policies to improve efficiency, conversion, and retention of customers of the Audience business
Identify and manage the process for handing over high value customers to Sales team
Design marketing and sales projects to improve service and quality for SurveyMonkey Audience and our customers
Contribute to projects on implementing new workflows and tools to improve the overall relationship process with key customers
Help support head of sales development and sales as needed
At least 1-3 years of sales, marketing, or client services experience
Strong decision-making skills and independent judgment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience in CRM and customer service a plus
Bachelor's degree minimum
