In this role you will utilize your expertise in engaging and selling to enterprises the LiveOps Cloud Talent outsource solution. Target clients will be centered in the Healthcare industry. You will partner with LiveOps resources to ensure that our solution exceeds our client's expectations, and create lasting relationships with developing accounts in selected vertical markets.
Exceed quarterly sales targets by selling LiveOps Agent Talent and IVR Services
Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, market intelligence and marketing campaigns
Create and maintain a sales pipeline, which identifies new business opportunities to exceed sales quotas
Proactively communicate benefits of LiveOps' agent services to new and existing clients
Coordinate the assembly of necessary resources to professionally respond to potential new business opportunities
Engage with prospect organizations to position LiveOps through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data
Analyze and monitor client expectations and recommend changes in procedures to improve client satisfaction
Identify potential growth opportunities within existing clients
Perform cost/benefit analysis of potential sales to determine balance between client's needs and LiveOps' strategic objectives
Experience working with all levels within an organization but experience and success selling to C-level
Establish, develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
The ideal candidate can be located anywhere in the U.S., and will have the ability to travel as warranted
Three to five years of sales experience selling in a business to business model to mid to large corporations
Experience selling outsource contact center solutions or customer service solutions a must.
Experience in a virtual BPO model a plus
Depth of experience and contacts in the following verticals: Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare
Proven experience in successfully building and managing relationships with clients
Ability to analyze data and translate into professional sales presentations
Excellent oral and written communication skills to all levels of client and company management
Demonstrable track record of sales over achievement
BA or BS degree required
