We are seeking a results oriented Sales Director who will be responsible for driving sales execution at one of our senior living communities. You will drive occupancy through the implementation of internal and external sales processes while acting as the face of your assigned community in the marketplace. Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Director for Benchmark Senior Living, you will drive occupancy in your community through the sales process, beginning with qualified lead generation, utilizing multiple sourcing strategies to result in effective closing practices.

Additional responsibilities for the Sales Director include:
  • Driving qualified prospects into the community
  • Data base lead management to maximize your prospect pipeline
  • Establishing new external business development partnerships and cultivating new family relationships
  • Thorough knowledge of the competitive landscape
  • Recording prospects’ information into our database
  • Gathering, analyzing and interpreting competitive market analysis data
  • Articulating to prospects why our organization is unique and exceptional differentiators in the marketplace
  • Cultivating partnerships within the community to be a solutions provider
  • Ability to overcome objections by being a resource provider to the customer

Sales Director

Job Requirements As a Sales Director for Benchmark Senior Living, you must be an active-listener with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills by conveying empathy and relationship building.

Additional requirements of the Sales Director include:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Able to commit to a Sunday through Thursday work schedule
  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience with a solid track record for closing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Possessing a driver’s license, insurance and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to articulate to the value of our senior living service offerings
