Position Title: Sales Director

Reporting to: VP of Sales and Marketing
Location: (West Coast, Northeast, Southeast and other targeted US regions)

PulseConnect Sales Directors sell our enterprise SaaS email marketing platform and strategic services to digital leaders in online publishing, retail, social gaming and other high growth industries. They enjoy high earnings and thrive in a fast-paced, constructive environment. This position can be remote or located in our Austin office. Specifically they are responsible for:

• Penetrating the assigned territory, building and closing a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with Director, Vice President and C level executives.
• Meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Providing an accurate weekly forecast of opportunities and mentoring Sales Managers to achieve success.
• Working collaboratively with PulseConnect's professional services organization to ensure a smooth pre-sales, on-boarding and customer launch process.

About You:

This role is for you if you have experience selling enterprise email marketing solutions and have a passion for the rapidly changing digital landscape. You are a self-starter and you thrive in fast-paced, problem-solving environments. In addition, you bring to the table:

• 5-10 years of successful experience selling email and related digital marketing solutions to CEOs, CMOs, CTOs, Directors and VPs of Digital Marketing.
• Solid understanding of enterprise level email marketing.
• Proven track record of closing medium/large scale, enterprise-level transactions.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience.
