This position will be responsible for providing technical advisement to our OEM customers as well as Hydro-Gear’s product manufacturing and development teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain and promote growth of external customer accounts.
Provide technical guidance to external customers.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Coordinate with Product Engineering and Sales Department to resolve customer issues.
Assist customer in developing product improvements.
Communicate application recommendations & or applications data of each account in a written report.
Travel up to 35% of the scheduled work time.

Education And/Or Experience
BA/BS Degree from a four-year college or university or two years technical degree in fluid power, or five years experience in a related field.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills.
Knowledge of fluid power dynamics a plus.
