Our award winning client is seeking an enthusiastic, fast learning, self-starter to provide sales engineering support and software and product management training to new and ongoing customers while serving as a Customer Success Manager targeting SMB and Enterprise clients.
- Management, implementation, maintenance and support of new and current customers
- Provide Pre and Post-Sales Support for Inside Sales Team
- 3 – 5+ years of experience as a sales engineer or in a customer facing support role, especially with pre-sales and post sales responsibilities. This role involves presenting web demos, supporting the sales effort in a fast-paced environment, helping to match the software’s capabilities with customer requirements and implementation of the software after the sale.
- Sales engineer experience with small companies and startups are a plus)
- SaaS-based software (especially project management )sales knowledge a plus
- A self-starter and quick learner comfortable in a fast paced and exciting environment with a high in-bound call volume .
