Sales Engineer – Electronic Imaging, Eastern US
The experienced Sales Engineer with expertise in Thermal Printers including thermal printing applications, software solutions, media requirements, networking solutions and managed print services, seeking the next step in their career will find what they’re looking for with Toshiba America Business Solutions. You will provide critical support to generating revenue by developing and conducting technical training for customers, solving technical issues and supporting engineering projects. Your ability to develop proactive solutions and recommend corrective actions to customers will enable Toshiba to exceed end-users, client, subsidiaries and independent dealers’ expectations and increase market share. - Significant experience in sales support of imaging technology, MFPs, printers, faxes, scanners, networking solutions and managed print services
- Outstanding technical support skills for PCs and networking
- Ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time, mostly by car
- Current MCSE or MCITP certification preferred
- CDIA a plus
