As our Sales Manager , you will increase
our customer base and sell additional products to our existing customers . You will assess
opportunities, ask the hard questions to determine if a need truly exists and
work closely with our engineers to accurately present solutions. Your understanding of ceramic products and engineering concepts will make you a valuable
member of our team.
With o ur client , you will be the primary point of contact for all
ceramic fabrication customer sales efforts.
The position requires highly
developed, professional communications and follow-up skills. You will visit potential and existing
customers and maintain a personal engagement. Reporting
to the Director of Sales, your determined work ethic, self-motivation and
initiative will translate into sales success and monetary rewards.
the ceramic crystal sales strategy, including providing reporting, implementing
sales initiatives and planning .

upon customer leads, pursue targeted ceramic crystal markets, and fulfill requests for price
engineering and production schedules while assuring excellent
communication with customers.

- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales performance with an emphasis on developing new accounts.
- Ability to
engage in high-level prospecting
activity along with exceptional
closing skills .
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical
Engineering or Electrical Engineering is required .
- Consultative mind-set with a mechanical aptitude able to effectively
talk with and relate to our customers.
- Ability to
understand piezo ceramic theory
and ultrasonic transducer design.
- Ability to
travel 40-50% of the time to meet the requirements of the position.

of $60-85K plus a generous commission plan .
