Duties and Responsibilities
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives Responsible for profitable servicing of all accounts in order for the company to achieve sales and revenue goals. Leads solution development efforts that best address client needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary resources recruiting and otherwise. Negotiating engagements and delivering proposals to prospects and clients. Work as the client contact and interface between recruiting resources and hiring managers. Manage job fulfillment process for clients to meet/exceed their needs.

Achieves assigned sales quota. Meets assigned expectations for profitability. Ability to initiate, develop and maintain relationships Develop cost-effective, impactful client solutions with a constant drive to exceed expectations. Develop, organize and maintain strong relationships with both clients and internal recruiting resources.
Education and Skills
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. 4-8 years progressive B2B selling experience. Most recent years in consultative/solution sales environment. Prior staffing sales desired; mix of agency and corporate is ideal. Ability to excel within entrepreneurial environment. Strong direct and remote sales skills. Extremely comfortable dealing at senior levels. Must bring strong negotiating skills and ability to close. Excellent communications skills: Must have experience crafting and presenting effective proposals, and bring strong demonstrations skills. Proven history of identifying, prospecting and selling at the CIO, VP and IT Director level. A clear understanding of the issues inherent in candidate identification, recruiting, and placement. Strong client management skills, and follow up are a must Natural ability, and tendency to build relationships at a personal level
Working Conditions and Salary
Corporate Headquarters based in Audubon, PA (outside Philadelphia). Travel as needed to prospect and client sites. Position offers competitive base and variable compensation with uncapped earning potential.
