The Sales Manager will be responsible for all orders, sales and CM growth for Op Plan within Combustion & Utilities customer base.
In addition, in this role the Sales Manager will:
Drive sales within the Combustion & Utilities industry customer base through the formulation and execution for strategies and plan that capitalize on the customer's strengths
Manage the sales process including opportunity identification, strategy creation, proposal development, deal negotiation, order closure and OTR handoff
Provide timely, accurate and complete forecasts of Orders and Sales by product by maintaining a full and accurate opportunity pipeline in salesforce.com
Develop and strength long-term relationships at all levels within the customer base and GE organizations
Maintain detailed and up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitive actions, product needs and customer base
Work with Marketing to development project specific sales strategies for assigned customers
Bachelor Degree from an accredited college / university or a High School Diploma / GED and a minimum of 4 years of experience in sales
Minimum of 3 additional years of Sales, Customer & Product Support or Service
