Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager - Data Capture/POS (SM) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities for the Data Capture/POS product lines and for growing profitable revenue and market share in his/her territory both personally and through subordinates
The SM provides leadership and guidance to the sales and market development associates in developing strategy and execution of plans to meet the financial goals of the territory.
The SM is also responsible for the direction of the Order Management in the Region.
Maintains staffing levels; recruits, selects and hires Sales Reps. Coaches and develops Sales and Market Development Reps in basic to advanced order management responsibilities. Works with Sales Director to achieve productivity and financial goals. Coordinates with Business Development and Market Development Managers to modify operations in response to territory opportunities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Four to six years previous order management and sales experience with direct supervisory experience required. Call center or operations environment highly desirable - OR four to six years' upper level IM Sales Rep experience.
Previous direct interface with key decision makers previous account management experience previous direct sales experience.
Knowledge of:
