This is a highly visible position working with key customers in Northern India. This position will involve interaction with high-level and technical members of various customer organizations. It will also involve pre-sales technical discussions, presentations, demonstrations, as well as program tracking and management. The Sales Manager demonstrates excellent communications skills, initiative, enthusiasm, team work, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Responsibility:
Works together with sales team to identify and target key customer programs
•Develops key customer relationships with technical staff
•Stays abreast of technology trends both at the customer end and in the imaging market
•Documents and reports on progress of programs
•Seeks to improve program operations, including tracking and reporting, interface with technical project completion and documentation
•Interacts with customers regularly to communicate program status and resolve problems
•Prepares reports to keep the global teams informed on program requirements and progress
Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years plus of experience managing programs
  • BSME/EE, related field or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of and interest in imaging business; knowledge of Handset architecture is a plus
  • Excellent task management, problem solving, writing , technical reporting and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate with a diverse group of individuals at all levels of the customer organization
  • Ability to network within the industry and build relationships
  • Ability to work as a team, with internal and external members, and be responsible for individual task completion
