Synergi Asset is a suite of Asset Integrity Management
software solutions designed to manage and track the
condition of fixed and floating offshore structures,
ship hulls, onshore and offshore pipelines and static
process equipment. These solutions help customers to
manage information, identify risks and make qualified
decisions using relevant asset data and history.
Houston is our main office location in the Americas
providing frontline sales and technical support to our
customers in North & South America. Buoyed by the
success of our traditional brands like Phast, Safeti,
and Sesam and the acquisition of the Synergi Life brand,
we are growing our team and now have an opening for a
Sales Manager for North America. The Sales Manager will
work with local delivery and business development teams
to grow revenue with both new and existing customers.
This is an excellent opportunity to help build a
customer base with a solid foundation of existing
customers both globally and locally.

The primary responsibilities are as follows:
  • Manage complex value-based business cases at
different levels in the client organization
  • Meet or exceed the revenue target for our Synergi
Asset products and identify short-term as well as
long-term opportunities
  • Establish and maintain mutually beneficial
relationships with current and future customers
  • Use the CRM tool to manage and record all stages of
the sales cycle
  • Develop and grow relationships within the global
Synergi Asset sales team and actively collaborate
and share customer intelligence and opportunities
  • Participate in global sales team gatherings and
sales initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree required. Engineering or related
technical field is an advantage but not required
  • 5+ years working in business development or sales of
a technical product.
  • Related experience in the Oil and Gas area, with
Asset Integrity Management or similar applications
is an advantage
  • Effective communication, particularly listening
skills with both colleagues as well as customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in Spanish is an advantage but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to create and
maintain profitable relationships with existing and
potential customers
  • Ability to negotiate win-win long term relationships
  • Willingness to travel within the region and
