Job Description Manager – Inside Sales

Location: SFO, CA

Years of Experience : 4-6 years

Inside Sales at InMobi: The InMobi Inside Sales Team is responsible for the company’s advertising sales and monetisation of InMobi’s global mobile advertising network. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be focused primarily on originating relationships with application developers to use our platform, products and advertise their applications on the network. The job will entail evangelism, outreach, relationship building, and of course, sales. We are fast growing, fun, entrepreneurial, and truly, a great place to build the next big thing. You must be comfortable making dozens of cold calls a day, fielding lots of inbound inquiries, generating interest, qualifying prospects, building solutions and closing sales of $50 to $500K. You must also have demonstrated experience prospecting and growing an account list, as well as closing sales.

Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to close.

Lead generation/outbound calling and warm lead follow up.

Understand developer needs and requirements.

Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits of our developer specific products

Be able to sell and differentiate in a competitive environment.

Close sales and achieve quarterly sales quotas.

Work very closely with Developers, our developer marketing team, and with advertisers and agencies.

Qualifications:
Extensive experience in online/mobile advertising and applications.

Direct and relevant experience with applications and application development.

Excellent communications skills.

Ability to mange entire sales process from prospecting through close.

Ability to manage in high activity, high transaction environment.

Enthusiastic, highly motivated individuals with a serious work ethic are required.

Proven track record in inside sales.

Ability to meet and exceed individual sales targets on a consistent basis.

Flexible, fun, action-oriented and zealous attitude.
