Job Description:
Our Company is a leader in the manufacturing of
boiler/burner systems
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Mid-West
. We need an experienced Sales Manager to coordinate the
efforts of commission representatives and wholesale
distributors in promoting our multiple HVAC brands.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing
business plans, implementing marketing programs,
contractor training and creating demand for our brands
through direct contractor calls to the trade.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of sales
experience in the HVAC/ Boiler/Burner/Water Heater
industry and an understanding of Hydronics, Warm Air and
Air Conditioning Systems. Candidates must have
experience in managing representative networks in the
plumbing and heating industry.
The major part of the territory is in the Chicagoland
area and Wisconsin. Other States in the territory
include Minnesota and the Dakotas
