Sales Operations Coordinator- Special Services

Job Description
As a special services sales operations coordinator, the focus is on providing our customers and internal departments with the highest level of service possible. You will work closely with other sales operations coordinators, sales representatives, sales management, and accounting to ensure that all requests are handled in a timely manner and with as much detailed information as needed.

· Process return authorization requests from wholesale customers
· Process warranty repairs/returns from consumers
· Process credit and debit memo requests for wholesale customers
· Process samples orders that are shipped to sales reps
· Process new account applications
· Process promotion and employee orders
· Generate sales tools (order forms, UPC files, etc)
· Work closely with other specialty and major sales operations coordinators and accounting
· Work closely with sales management on necessary approvals for customer requests

Required Experience

· 1 + years retail and/or customer service experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
· Microsoft Office required
· SAP experience preferred
· experience preferred
· Must be organized, detailed oriented and able to multi-task
· Must be able to work well in a team and also be self sufficient
· Must enjoy a fast paced environment with many demands
