703484 Description
New position within the new and growing Datacenter Software Division (DSD) that will play a key role developing the forecasts, analysis, and cadence to support a robust monthly Sales Operations process, including the development of the demand forecast. The Sales Operations Manager will directly manage the CRM tools and takes ownership of closing the gap between deal commit and revenue.
This role will be tasked with coordinating planning efforts, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of forecasts to drive cross functional DSD alignment at the monthly sales pipeline review meetings.

-Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives.
-Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures operations' effective achievement of objectives.
-Directs and controls the activities of a broad functional area through several division managers within DSD.
-Responsible for managing the CRM tools to track opportunities and progress with design wins
-Prepare presentations used at the cross-functional meeting cadence to ensure compliance to overall S&OP goals.
-Prepare materials used at business review meetings with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
-Analyze the business and make recommendations to balance demand and supply.
-Redesign and innovate sales operational processes as the organization evolves.




-Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business is required. MBA preferred.

-7 years of prior experience in supporting sales operations, and other business operations roles. (pricing, forecasting)

-Experience working with software licenses, contracts as well as datacenter related technologies.
