PURPOSE:
In this varied role, the Sales Operations Manager
manages the finance elements of major opportunities, and
needs to meeting challenging deadlines and focus on
supporting this dynamic team.The Sales Operations
Manager will be working within a global business
opportunity focused team supporting INS Business
Solutions deals.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES/DUTIES:
  • Working as part of the INS Business Solutions Team
providing the financial management and cost analysis
for commercial decision making.
  • Working with Team to review large business
opportunities, analyzing financial data on projects,
markets and customers to turn raw data into valuable
information for analysis and financial modeling.
  • Provide creative and effective costing solutions on
opportunities to maximize profitability.
  • Working with team on value propositions based on
optimized supply chain. Provide financial management
analysis and input as base for key decisions.
  • Identify and manage project issues and risks,
perform risk analysis, develop constructive
solutions and specific actions to address them.
  • Manage pricing and costing analysis, ensure proposal
and pricing in line with companies key operating
indicators.
  • Drive the evaluation and determination of project
requirements in relation to pricing strategy.
Identify the relationships between variables
determining recipe for winning opportunities.
  • Communicate and build relationships at all levels
within the organization, includes relationship
management with sites, segment teams and senior
managers.
  • Customer Financial Qualification. Financial review
of existing customers, monitoring and assessing
financial results against forecast.
  • Management and maintenance of data on internal rates
and monthly metrics.
  • Preparation of data analytical reports for team
review.
  • Ensure Sarbanes Oxley compliance in accordance with
Flex standard policy.

REQUIRED (MUST-HAVE) QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidates should hold a degree in a commercial /
finance discipline and an accountancy qualification.
  • Proven financial analyzing and business acumen with
strong experience in multinational manufacturing
environment
  • Good financial control and accounting skills with
excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication with the ability to communicate
effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to identify problems and develop potential
solutions
  • Strong initiative, self motivated, able to plan and
prioritize workload in order to achieve deadlines.
