Sales Order Administrator
Dayton-Granger - Fort Lauderdale, FL
Specific position duties/responsibilities:

Responds to all customer inquiries and prepares and sends accurate quotes to customers.
Initiate, administer, and coordinate commercial sales/purchase orders, repair orders and customer credits.

Review incoming purchase orders for price, delivery date, payment terms conditions and quality clauses and process sales orders in the Oracle Sales Mgmt system.

Coordinate and interface with inter/intra departments to ensure purchase order requirements are met.

Provide verbal and formal quotes. Provide technical data and information for customers. Expedite sales orders. Assist order entry and filing when necessary.

Determine status of incoming mail, whether purchase order, confirming, repair order or request for quote.

Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Minimum of High school graduate or equivalent. AA in Business Admin.

Excellent communication skills (oral and written).

Excellent computer skills w/knowledge of Oracle.

Defense Contracting company and can only consider and hire U.S. citizens and Permanent Residents.
