The Sales Planner - Los Angeles will report directly to the Director, Pricing & Planning and be based in Los Angeles, CA.

Generate and maintain a credible forecast for assigned accounts and territories and provide this information on a regular basis to senior sales management team
Serve as the primary customer contact for issues for those assigned accounts and create and develop ongoing business relationships
Prepare sales plans and assist with presentations to clients and agencies
Assist with the creation, implementation and execution of sales plans
Monitor on-air schedules and coordinate with traffic group to ensure schedule runs as ordered and manage changes
Manage relationships with clients and agencies
Prepare post-analysis
Assist with sales lead generation and associated research
Monitor sales pacing and performance versus budget including pipeline reporting
Manage and input sales orders
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
