Position: Business Development Specialist (BDS) – Inbound Telephone Support
This position could flex between the inbound and outbound teams when needed.
Job Title: Business Development Specialist
Reports to: Contact Center Supervisor/Manager
Summary: Provide inbound telephone support for various programs.
Provide inbound and/or outbound coverage/calling for programs.
Professional appearance for increased client/visitor interaction.
Attend training programs to learn all facets of project(s)
Utilize the client’s standards when representing the organization
Reliability in attendance is key. Ideal candidates would be available Monday through Friday from 7am-7pm.
Provide high quality work (must have strong listening skills and be detailed oriented, Inbound personnel should display warmth and receptivity to inquiries that may come up.
Display good teamwork skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to follow direction/instructions.
Education and/or Experience : Previous inbound Contact Center experience. Strong business communication skills and basic keyboarding skills are both required.
