The Sales Representative will use their full and complete knowledge of company products and sales policies as well as knowledge of customers' business to maintain relationships with existing customers and develop strategic plans to grow business and sell company products within an assigned geographic region or territory. Develops, implements and manages business plans for large key accounts and prospects. Coordinates use of other company resources to ensure customers' needs are met from the point of purchase to the point of delivery and beyond.
Maintains existing customer relationships and orders by coordinating with customer service, production and shipping
Actively solicits new business opportunities within geographical area in an effort to grow both volume and margin
Provides analysis and forecasting for business needs such as budget preparation
Manages inventory and costs in an effort to drive higher plant utilization and profitability
Provides customers with price quotations and negotiates terms of payment
Education and Experience:
8-10 years of related experience
High School Degree Required
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
