Festiva Development Group, LLC has an opening in our InHouse Department for an InHouse Sales Representative at our Blue Heron location in Orlando, FL.
The In House Sales Representative sells vacation ownership programs to invited guests through face to face interaction on a daily basis. This position helps maintain and exceed the sales center's daily and monthly budget without jeopardizing the integrity of the company.
Quickly and effectively establishes rapport with invited guests.
Carefully reviews guest information and customizes the presentation to fit their needs.
Regularly uses interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of a product, service, or idea.
Meets established sales goals.
Contact existing owners for follow-up calls on recent purchases.
Attend schedule training sessions at least twice per week.
Attend daily sales meetings.
This position requires a high school diploma or G.E.D.
This position requires at least two years of sales experience. Sales experience in the vacation ownership or hospitality industry is preferred, but not required.
