We are seeking a fearless Outside Sales Consultant who will be responsible for executing a specific sales plan. You will give in-home presentations during which you will enthuse and delight your clients by showcasing the possibilities that exist within their bathroom space. Your objective is to provide the customer with a superb in-home shopping experience and a “to-the-penny” quote with the ultimate goal of leaving with a signed deal a minimum of 50% of the time. Job Responsibilities
As an Outside Sales Consultant for Bath Fitter, you will self-generate leads through door hangers, installation visits, participating in related organizations and clubs and attending trade shows and conferences.
Additional responsibilities for the Outside Sales Consultant include:
Providing “to the penny” quotes for potential customers
Giving in-home presentations highlighting our products and services
Taking accurate measurements of Bathtub and Shower areas
Job Requirements
As an Outside Sales Consultant for Bath Fitter, you must demonstrate the ability and desire to perform in a high-pressure, fast-growth retail company environment. You must also be willing to follow our lead generation program in exchange for ten corporate leads per week. We are also seeking someone with a clear track record of building meaningful relationships that result in consistent referrals.
Additional requirements of the Outside Sales Consultant include:
Minimum 5 years of Sales experience; in-home Sales experience, a plus
Ability to read a tape-measure to 1/16th of an inch
Ability to lift 30 pounds as well as bend and kneel consistently
Have a driver’s license, insurance and reliable vehicle
Ability to “one-call close” and manage projects to completion
