Valeant Dermatology, a division of Valeant Pharmaceuticals North America, LLC, is looking for a consistent and driven high performer with proven selling skills to join its fast growing sales organization. Individual will be responsible for achieving sales objectives in an assigned geographical area by developing and executing an effective sales plan, generating prescription demand for product lines.
Develop and execute call target plan and business plan to increase market share;
Promote company product lines to physicians within a defined geography;
Work collaboratively with other colleagues and shares best practices and success stories;
Establish and maintain excellent communications and sound working relationships with co-workers and assigned physicians and healthcare providers;
Develop and maintain strong clinical and product knowledge and effectively communicates with assigned physicians;
Actively participate in scheduled Company sales meeting, district and regional conference calls and other business meetings;
Adhere to and comply with all company policies and procedures; and
Other related duties as required.
Bachelor degree (required);
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven sales experience in a quota driven role;
Demonstration of sustained, high performance in current position and a strong aptitude for learning
Strong business acumen and ability to understand market opportunities;
Strong knowledge of the business and market in the assigned territory is preferred;
Ability to travel as required by the specific territory;
Ability to thrive in a culture that is performance driven, fast paced, and results oriented;
Individual must maintain a high degree of integrity and be highly ethical at all times.
