James Hardie Building Products is looking for smart, creative, results driven individuals to fill sales positions based in Atlanta, GA.
James Hardie sales representatives position the companys value proposition and whole-product solution of Hardiebacker and fiber-cement siding to The Home Depot stores and their contractor/builder base.
The best representatives work to strategically target potential customers at these stores to generate and grow new business by building and enhancing strong customer relationships and becoming a strong business partner. Among the customer base you will build partnerships with individual independent contractors and store associates. You will develop strong product knowledge to grow market share and educate customers and associates on product features and

This position is a development role with expectations of promotion to a salaried Account Representative position within 6 months to 1 year. A successful sales representative will have learned our sales process and account management with the proven ability to deliver results and the motivation for career advancement.
- Conduct In-store set ups
- Perform product demos
- Conduct in-store product knowledge training
- Identify sales opportunities and grow new business

- Enhance strong customer relationships with the contractor base and store management staff

- Bachelors Degree or within 12 months of completing a Bachelors Degree
- A valid driver's license and car
- Ability to work mornings (7AM-10AM) and weekends, as business need deems appropriate
- Bilingual - English/Spanish (not required but would be helpful)
