We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to implement strategies and sales campaigns which cultivate sales leads and prospects. The successful candidate will be able to work under general directives and with minimal supervision.
The primary responsiblities will be to:
Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Ensure prospects and new customers are delighted with our service.
Based on marketing plan developed: attract, record, and manage leads passed from various internal and external sources.
Participate in sales campaigns via telemarketing to meet assigned sales and pricing goals.
Execute a plan to establish highly qualified sales call appointments for outside sales representatives at targeted accounts.
Effectively use and maintain Salesforce.com database of Veolia’s prospects.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals.
Acquire working knowledge of appropriate local, state, and federal regulations relating to Veolia and be able to interpret for prospects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
High school diploma/GED
Experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service or equivalent work preferred
