We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our sales force in the Eastern Washington and Idaho market, ideally based out of the Spokane, Washington area.

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communications skills and will be able to convey strong, clear messages to target audiences including the building community, Marvin and Integrity employees, customers and industry groups.

Work with key personnel from distributors, dealers, builders, architects, and remodelers to effectively provide clear and valuable communication on products, services, and marketing that are offered
• Review and identify retailers that will effectively cover all market segments within their given geography
• Implement the strategic sales plan for the respective territory of Marvin and Integrity
• Develop and maintain solid relationships with assigned customers and decision makers through use of creative problem solving and following up in a timely manner
• Assist in the development of new programs and processes
• Develop dealer sales force through market segment training and focus, sales support, sales training, and product knowledge training
• Represent the company at assigned trade and consumer shows
• Regularly communicate strategic and tactical information on competitors in both territory and region
• Promote and coordinate factory tours and training
• Manage the sales representative expense budget
4 year degree or equivalent industry experience
• 2 – 5 years of prior sales experience, or work with Outside Sales, building industry knowledge and experience strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey strong, clear messages to target audiences including employees, customers and industry groups
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills at multiple levels
• Solution oriented, innovative thinking abilities
• Strong organizational, intuitive and reasoning skills
• High energy, self-directed, highly confident and self-motivated
• Must be able to coordinate multiple tasks and projects
• Team player with strong business perspective – ability to interact with and motivate cross functional company groups
• Able to manage deadlines and develop budget and sales forecasts
• This position requires frequent travel throughout the territory
