AeroScout Industrial is a division of Stanley Black & Decker. With over 700 customers’ worldwide, rapidly growing revenues and strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as Cisco, HP, Accenture and IBM, AeroScout is well positioned as the market leader in Wi-Fi based active RFID solutions. AeroScout Industrial is seeking an experienced and talented Industrial Solutions Marketing Manager.

Position Description

AeroScout seeks an experienced and aggressive sales manager to support AeroScout’s rapid growth we are experiencing in the Pharmaceutical markets.

Suitable candidates must have both a solution and technical sales background with at least 5 years of experience in enterprise customer sales. Prior experience working in a rapidly growing company is a must. This position reports to the Vice President of Global Sales. This person will be a key part of the North America sales team, supported by technical pre-sales, and will need to work closely with AeroScout professional services. The fast-growing AeroScout organization presents plenty of opportunities for career growth.

The position requirements are as follows:
· Based in New Jersey
· 5+ years of proven enterprise sales experience and the ability to consistently reach and exceed sales quotas
· Technical background, including both enterprise software and hardware (WLAN, real-time location system or active RFID is preferred)
· Familiarity and experience with enterprise software and Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi), RFID, & real-time location system (RTLS)
· Ability to develop and support VAR channel in target markets
· Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
· Ability to develop and maintain good customer relationships
· Excellent interpersonal, writing and presentation skills
· Able to be effective and achieve goals in an independent work environment
· Extremely self-motivated
· Familiarity and experience with Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi), RFID, RTLS – advantage
· BS Degree minimum
· Willingness to travel (60%)
· US Citizen
