Regional Sales Representative
We are seeking a tenacious and charismatic sales professional with a hunter mentality to perform sales activities, from lead generation through close, in an assigned territory. You will develop and implement approved Marketing Plans which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding the customer-base in the marketing area.
Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas listed above
Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models
Demonstrated ability to carry on a professional conversation with business owners and decision makers
Sell the various solutions the company offers consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients Create and conduct effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify prospects business problems and their effects
Source and develop referrals
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales and follow-up activities within assigned territory, including the use of a CRM to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team
Qualifications:Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
4+ years of sales experience
Experience with enterprise software solutions
Willingness to travel
Proven ability to achieve sales quotas
Comfortable with and proven track record relying on salary + variable compensation
