The Sales Representative is part of a small, high performing sales team responsible for meeting revenue and social mission goals of Urban Meadows. This position will generate new sales leads, establish and maintain corporate accounts and deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Generate new sales leads through networks, attending industry events, online sources, cold calling and other channels. Use your creative thinking to identify new sources of sales leads. Coordinates with the store manager on marketing activity for corporate sales.
Establish and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships within the community.
Work with potential customers and answer questions about products, prices, availability, credit terms or other bid specifications. Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements.
Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support. Recommend products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior sales or marketing experience.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service.
Exceptional persuasion and negotiation skills.
Motivation to work in a fast paced environment and thrive under pressure.
Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
