Previous retail, sales, stock experience preferred
  • Capable of working independently
  • Must be able to make business presentations and reviews to account buyers
  • Able to run and execute promotional activity for brands
  • Must be able to look at alternative placements for additional volume and distribution
  • Plan, sell in and execute promotions that will help increase distribution and sales (Example: Samplings)

  • Able to work flexible hours including weekends that may include night events: promotional marketing and samplings type venues
  • Must be able to maneuver wagons and pallet jacks in stock rooms and on the store floors. Able to lift cases of products weighing up to 60 pounds to stock shelves and build displays.

  • Primary Responsibilities
    • Responsible for regular call frequency on assigned non beer accounts primarily to sell volume, increase distribtuion, merchandise, monitor price and shelf space management
    • Responsible for maintaining up to date inventory and sales records
    • Sell in new non beer placements. Merchandise wtih paper point of sale and book permanent point of sale
    • Keep shelves and coolers stocked wtih product and eliminate out of stock shelf space
    • Provide feedback to management regarding promotional activities, market data and competitive activity
    • Increase shelf space and position for non beer products. Introduce new non beer brands and packages where appropriate
    • Responsible for daily decisions regarding retail inventory levels using past sales history, changes in climate, competitive activity and special promotional activities
    • Responsible for fulfilling pre-established objectives set by the Non Alcohol/Energy Manager and implementation of company programs at retail level
    • Build business relationships with professional sales presentations using sales histories and pitchbooks
    • Design, build and dismantle standard and custom displays. Place, install and service temp. and permanet sales support materials
