ISR - The National Enterprise Channels Team is seeking an experienced, successful and motivated individual for the position of Inside Sales Representative. The primary objective of this role is to help in the management of our relationships with our large national electrical distributors and key national IT Vars. This person will also provide support for other key initiatives within the channel and work closely with the National Account Managers to drive successful execution.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Working with various partners to provide sales, services and technical support.
Engaging with APC field sales to ensure the firms and distributors are working together to grow the business.
Supporting National Account Managers in compiling the weekly report and identifying trends related to the business.
Supporting National Account Managers in follow up of action items, development of project pipeline and backend processes.
Working with APC logistics team to help achieve operational initiatives related to the channels.
Build strong and lasting relationships at all levels of the account organization that will produce incremental revenue and market share.

Minimum Requirements:
At least 2 years of sales experience in a multiple distribution channel environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Business, Accounting or equivalent.
Ability to excel within a cross-functional team environment to accurately manage and forecast channels sales activity.
Must have strong relationship selling skills within the channels community.
Understanding of business organizations and their buying cycles.
Thorough understanding of power and cooling with an emphasis on racks/enclsoures and accessories.
Thorough understanding of APC go to market strategies and how APC field sales works.
Thorough understanding of the CFE market and what drives buying decisions.
Excellent presentation, communication and writing skills.
Relentless attitude and desire to win and be a self-starter.
Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
