Broad River Furniture d/b/a Ashley Furniture HomeStore is currently seeking a lead customer service representative, or Lead Sales Service Representative (LSSR), as we call them at our showroom in Greenville, SC!
We are actively seeking dynamic individuals to add to our in-store customer service team in our UpState location. Ideal candidates are creative and can communicate effectively with customers and coworkers. They typically have some high-quality retail experience and/or administrative/office experience

Employees will provide excellent customer service and will assist in maintaining office/counter appearance and cleanliness
2-5 years Administrative experience
Oversee the daily operations of SSR team
Perform basic accounting duties like making bank deposits
Create a weekly schedule for all SSRs
Excellent customer service skills
Understand and ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work nights and weekends
Professional attitude and demeanor
Ability to follow specified directives
Strong initiative and ability to multi-task
