Sales Sr. Zone Leader Designate - Frito-Lay

This critical role in the FLNA Sales organization is accountable for the daily sales execution and management of 10-14 districts, over 100 sales associates
Accountability for approximately $75-$120M in annual sales volume.
This role leads and influences the day-to-day sales execution of this large sales team, which includes but is not limited to sales, logistics, inventory, scheduling, training, performance management and people development.
Must be willing to travel up to 20% of the time
8-10 years solid sales experience to include key account management, hands on day to day sales operational experience with strong, proven leadership capability with a track record of leading and influencing large teams.
A history of upward mobility at fast-paced companies is a must.
Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience in Retail, Grocery, Consumer Packaged Goods /Food & Beverage Industry experience is preferred.
The position comes with approximately 1-year of training and on-boarding, usually held nearby the candidate's current location. If final placement cannot be accommodated locally, relocation will become necessary
While we try to accommodate geographic preferences, it may not be possible to share final placement opportunities at the time of hire - therefore the winning candidate must be open to relocating within the region.
Demonstrated ability to focus and manage multiple priorities and motivate a large team
CPG Industry experience or knowledge strongly preferred
Strong selling and communication skills
A commitment and proven ability to succeed within a fast paced sales organization
Strong leadership skills are essential to success in this role
