Use Excel to automate the aggregation and presentation of the Global Sales and Operations Planning data.
Develop a user friendly presentation format for the data.
Validate processes and results.
Document instructions and training materials. Distribute materials and provide training where necessary.
Validate results from automated extract in the development and production systems for accuracy.
Provide back up support in the aggregation of Global Sales and Operations Planning data and development of deck as required.
Provide ad hoc support for Global Logistics reporting.
Supply Chain or Computer Science experience.
Strong organization, attention to detail and follow through skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Adaptable and the ability to work in a matrix environment
Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel with graphs, macros, pivot tables and external database links
TIME PERIOD, HOURS & SALARY:
Time Period: 6 Month
Hours: 20 - 30 hours/week
. prefer 3 - 4 days/week; schedule is negotiable
