The Sales and Service Coordinator (SSC) is a task, analytical, and customer service oriented position that provides key services for hospitality based companies, their owners, and managers. The service area is Bristol County Co. Massachusetts with a few existing accounts on Cape Cod. The (SSC) travels to the client location to perform the service on a scheduled basis. Those services include the acquisition and management of Liquor, Beer and Wine (LBW) for restaurants to include: purchasing, auditing, managing financial data, answering customer questions, and acting in a liaison capacity between the auditors and the Owner/Manager. This position requires a strong time management skills, industry knowledge, and a high level of customer service skills. The SSC will interact with customers on a regular basis and will exhibit/practice excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to develop and maintain existing and new relationships.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a high school diploma (advanced education or coursework preferred), a minimum of two years experience in the hospitality arena, service industry, or sales/marketing -- preferably with a focus on alcoholic beverages. In addition, the best-fit candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong math skills, a 'hunter' demeanor with respect to sales, and strong computer/internet skills.

The following is a representative list of duties and responsibilities associated with this position:
-- Develop, maintain, and grow a complete client list with all necessary contact information
-- Develop and maintain a complete contact list for all markets
-- Develop and manage schedules for all necessary tasks as they relate to each individual client
-- Complete assigned on-line bevInco tutorials as assigned
-- Visit clients (meet and greet)
-- Review and process purchase requisitions
-- Establish and maintain vendor relationships
-- Maintain purchase log orders in database
-- Submit requisitions/purchase order, and service agreements to vendors
-- Perform general office duties and follow finance policies and procedures

After a 60-day probationary period, you will likely absorb additional assignments that will include but not be limited to:
-- Managing audit data to complete Hybrid Audits (Hybrid Audits are combined client/bevInco audits)
-- Compiling, managing, and routing data to customers through local as requested by auditors and managers
-- Fielding customer service calls on as-needed basis
-- Generating letters on behalf bevInco/bevIntel as requested by owners or managers
-- Writing proposals as requested by owners and managers
