The Sales Associate is responsible for the selling of B&H products to customers with the goal of providing customers with a positive shopping experience to have customers become repeat customers. Sales Associates must possess adequate product knowledge and present themselves to customers in a friendly and professional manner. During slow selling periods, check and reorganize displays to present a neat appearance.

Digital Imaging Hardware, Software, and Peripherals.
Pro Photography Accessories such as: Tripods, Bags, Digital Media, and Storage Devices
Essential Responsibilities: • Sell B&H merchandise in a friendly and professional manner • During slow selling periods, check and reorganize displays to present a neat appearance. • Engage in continuous training to enhance sales techniques and knowledge (i.e. log into “Service Skills.com” for web based training) Sales Associates are expected to train at their own pace to make “slow selling periods” productive.
Additional Responsibilities: Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Knowledge of B&H policies and procedures regarding sale of merchandise • General knowledge of B&H store operations policies and procedures outside of sale of merchandise (i.e. Store hours, holiday schedule. Or knowing how to refer customers to the appropriate personnel or department based on the issue or question. • Knowledge of B&H products and services • Good communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills
