Job Description: As a Salesforce Administrator you will be responsible for managing and supporting the day-today- operations of our Salesforce implementation. In addition, you will work closely with different business units at FindTheBest to design, implement, and deploy Salesforce applications. We°re looking for candidates with the ability to solicit business requirements, define a functional strategy, and then effectively customize and configure a Salesforce system that can support the explosive growth of a startup. Essential Job Duties: Perform configuration and administration of existing platform Perform related to day-to-day Salesforce operations including managing and supporting all Salesforce users, field management, data imports, etc.

Develop reports and dashboards for team members and management Analyze data and usage to uncover data integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvement Develop and maintain training plans, materials and documentation for system users in addition to onboarding new users and driving adoption across the organization Qualifications: BA/BS degree Certified Administrator 1+ years of experience preferred A passion for innovating business processes and an ambassador of change Self-Starter/Autonomous/Resourceful Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail/quality work skills, have demonstrated the ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Start Date: Immediately Pay: Salary will be based on experience.
