The Saltgrass Steak House in the Houston Texas Market is seeking several energetic and experienced Restaurant Front Managers to join their team!
The Front of the House Manager is responsible for ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction through effective training of staff, maintaining a positive and committed " Do Whatever It Takes" attitude, and displaying a hands-on, lead by example management style. Responsible for scheduling, labor cost control, compliance with service standards, and meeting or exceeding specified performance expectations .

Requirements: Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2+ years experience successfully managing medium to high-volume, full service restaurants. Ideal candidates should have an upbeat and energetic personality, be versed in writing schedules, have experience meeting or exceeding budgeted labor costs through effective management, and possess skills to motivate and develop staff.
